We help people organise and join football games in Singapore. By messaging or using the platform, you agree to the terms below.
Play Football SG is a facilitation platform. We help manage player lists, joins, dropouts, waitlists and reminders to make organisers' life easier.
We are not the organiser of the games, we do not own or operate venues, and we do not supervise matches. The individuals organising the games are fully responsible for running them.
Create your game via message and let's share it. Players can join by also messaging the platform.
The system automatically manages the player list, waitlist, joins and dropouts. Organisers are notified whenever there is a change, so there is no need to manually track responses or chase confirmations.
You focus on running the game. We handle the coordination.
Reliability and respect keep the community strong.
We do not guarantee that any game listed will proceed, reach a minimum number of players, or remain unchanged. Games may be cancelled due to insufficient players, weather, venue issues or other reasons.
We also do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party service providers, or factors beyond our control.
All users are expected to act respectfully and responsibly - online or on the pitch.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to users who repeatedly no-show, misuse the platform, provide false information, harass others, or otherwise disrupt the community.

Football is a physical sport and carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in any game arranged through the platform, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own safety and participation.
Play Football SG is not liable for injuries, accidents, disputes, venue issues, weather disruptions, payment disagreements, or losses arising from participation in games.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are arrangements between organisers and players. Play Football SG does not process, hold, or guarantee payments.
The primary way to use the platform is by messaging us (for example via WhatsApp). When you initiate contact, you provide your mobile number to us.
By doing so, you consent to our collection and use of your mobile number for purposes reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

We may also send football-related updates or information about games in Singapore. You may opt out of such updates at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where reasonably required to operate the platform or where required by law.
We may use anonymised and aggregated data (which does not identify individuals) to analyse trends, improve the platform, and understand football participation patterns in Singapore.
Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, safety, or legal purposes. You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data.
To the extent permitted under Singapore law, Play Football SG shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to the platform in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
